Want to make a quilt that looks more complicated than it is? This might just be the quilt for you. This quilt takes a layer cake and a charm pack and looks like there is a lot of cutting and that some of the pieces are skinny. Fooled you! The trick is in accurate measuring. It really is a fairly simple quilt and works up rather quickly once the marking is done.

Requirements:
One layer cake and one charm pack. They could be from the same collection or complimentary ones; one of them could be various solids. You choose what you like. Sewing machine with ?" foot (if possible), needles (80-12 preferred), good quality sewing thread (prefer 50 wt, cotton), small sewing scissors, good quality pins, ruler (6" x 12" works well), fabric marking pencil, Frixion pen, or similar product (color that will show on fabrics in layer cake). Ironing boards and irons are available at the store.
