Beginning Wool Applique
Learn how fun and easy it is to do wool applique! This three- hour class will teach you everything from preparing your wool to cutting and adhering it to the background. You will also learn which types of threads to use as well as basic stitches to secure and embellish your project. Warning: wool is addictive!

Requirements:
Class Supply List for Wool Applique
* Small sharp scissors (serrated work best)
* #22 or #24 chenille needle
* Felted wool in your choice of colors for the following:
12"x 14" for background and backing
Scraps of at least three different blues about 2"x 2" for circles
10"x 3" brown for tree
6"x 6"square bright green for leaves
4"x 4" square for bird
Small scrap of black for bird beak
Small scrap light purple for tiny berries
Small scrap (about 2"x 2") for bird wing
**I will supply multiple colors of perle cotton in various sizes. Feel free to bring in your own choice of colors as well. Most common thread size is 8 and 12.
**I will provide my pattern as part of the class fee
